We charge a flat monthly fee in 6-month agreements, so we don't benefit from, and can’t abuse, the conflict of interest inherent in hourly service work. We won't waste your time: the less we are onsite, the more we both benefit, so we’ll get the job done right the first time. Your monthly fee depends on the size and complexity of your computer infrastructure and the number of users.
