Wessman Service Agreement

How does it work? We employ a full staff of dedicated IT professionals to support companies in need of service and support but not willing or able to pay for hourly technical support from outside vendors.

With a Wessman Service Agreement, a single fixed monthly fee covers labor for all down-time events and problems, as well as the costs of repairing hardware breakdowns and failures.

We don't benefit from, and can’t abuse, the conflict of interest inherent in hourly service work. We won't waste your time: the less we are onsite, the more we both benefit, so we’ll get the job done right the first time, fixing the hidden problems behind the problems you see.

A Wessman Service Agreement gives you a significant cost savings over hourly tech-support calls, and is more likely to avert problems and down-time than hourly support.

A Wessman Service Agreement gives you a ceiling for your information-systems costs. You can budget one known figure for the term of the Agreement, and can rely on your costs not exceeding that.  No surprises!
